Who is responsible
Grandify LLC (address above) is responsible for the processing of your data on this website. Contact: dustin@blitzwebsite.de.
Your application
When you apply, we process the data you enter: your name, WhatsApp number, email, city, your answers, the links to your websites, your Claude Code proof and your test task. We use this data only to review your application and to contact you about it (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and your consent, Art. 6 (1) (b) and (a) GDPR).
Your answers are saved in your browser while you fill in the form, so you can come back later. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data.
After you submit, your application is stored on Cloudflare servers and sent to our team by email through Resend. We keep it for up to 12 months and then delete it, unless we work together. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Link checks
To check that the links you enter are live, our server opens each link once. We do not store the content of those pages.
At the end you can send your application to us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). Their privacy policy applies to messages you send there.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the website and protect it from attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Meta pixel
Only if you click "OK" in the cookie notice, we load the Meta pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It tells us which ads bring applicants, for example when you start or submit an application. Data may be transferred to the USA. You can refuse, and the form works the same. To withdraw your consent, clear the cookies and site data of this website in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to dustin@blitzwebsite.de. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
